For the Pumpkin Spice Fans...

A few of my favorite things about fall:  The crisp air, colorful leaves and this recipe! You're about to get hooked on these easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins, too! Perfect as a breakfast treat in the morning with some coffee, or a late night dessert before bed. 

Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 Box of Spice Cake Mix
1 Can of Pumpkin Puree
1 Bag of Cinnamon Chips 
Mix all ingredients and spoon into muffin cups. 
Bake on 350° for 20-25 minutes. 

That's it! It's seriously the easiest and tastiest recipe I've tried. 

 

If you're a fan of chocolate, switch out the Cinnamon Chips for Dark Chocolate Chips ...or any kind of chip you're feeling! I usually use the whole bag of chips (minus the ones I've already eaten), but it's up to you! 

 

For some added protein, I recommend adding a couple scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptide Powder. It's tasteless and you honestly wont even know it's there. Just a simple way to add in some extra protein!
